For the longer than I care to admit, yours truly has had this nagging low-back pain.
Nothing that’s completely debilitating, but if I do squats or deadlifts, even if they’re not “heavy days”, my back will be tight the next morning.
AND, it’s all preventable.
This morning as I sat for my meditation, I had to come back to center with not only my mind.
But be with my back pain.
Talk about really trying to up my game.
So what do I do?
Naturally, I head to Dr. Google for answers.
So I called my brother who’s had similar issues and even back surgery.
Chase…”What workouts or stretches do you do to open your low back?”
(Him and I both have similarly bad posture and weird curving of our lower spines.)
He gives me the battery of stretches
👉 Couch stretch
👉 Cat – Cow stretch
👉 Lay on the tennis ball
I know all this stuff.
Hell, I’ve even DONE all these stretches.
And…they’ve largely helped relieve my back pain.
Inside of your business right now, you’re doing the same exact thing and it’s creating all sorts of “pain”.
🤬 Employee turn over
🤬 Low Net Profit Margins
🤬 Cash Flow
🤬 Not Being Able to “Really Take a Vacation”
And you probably have an idea about what needs to be done.
But haven’t done it.
Or maybe you don’t know how to fix it.
